Return Policy

Fizzesse (a company of Essential Media, LLC) is committed to making your shopping experience a pleasant one. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know so we can work with you to make the situation right.

Should any product be damaged during shipping, please email us so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement product.

If you receive a wine bottle that is leaking, please contact us at customercare@fizzesse.com. Please note that extreme temperature fluctuations may cause the cork or stopper to expand and retract and causing leakage in some bottles.

Shipping returns are determined on a per-order basis. Refunds will be provided for the products only and not for any shipping costs unless it was an error on our part. There is a 15% restocking fee.

 

Guarantee: Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within two weeks of the purchase date for a refund, with receipt. Please note that wine and sparkling wine products cannot be returned.
